Tallon Zek
South wing. Pull trash out of the corners. Levitate. The door ports to zone-in when he is down.
He is Unslowable. Dual Wield. Enrage. Permarooted. Hits 955. 440k HP. Every 20 seconds he shadowsteps and wipes hate.
Barb of Tallon chain-casts (Cold slow+snare cone, Fire DD cone, Disease 300/tick cone, Poison single DD). Spread. Tallon’s Balance is -300 resists. Avatar Power dispels levitate.

He is Slowable. Dual Wield. Enrage. Hits 955. 175k HP on the first Vallon.
50%: five Vallons spawn. One real (84k, casts). Four fakes (42k, no casts). Kill fakes, then the real one. The 84k reals do not Dual Wield. The real one splits the same way at 50% until the last wave.
Vallon’s Precision is a PBAE (100/tick + AC -59 + 40% agro, Unresistable). Vallon’s Subversion is a 60% agro proc.

Do not drop into the pit from zone-in. Go around the arena and up the stairs. Clear both halls.
Kill Decorin Berik (69.4k, hits 831) and Decorin Grunhork (69.6k, hits 831). Dual Wield. Enrage. They respawn in 5 minutes. Both must be dead at the same time. Do not kill them on the twin spawn points.
Event Tallon and Vallon spawn in the halls, then roam toward Fake Rallos. Pull them apart. Kill both.
Event Tallon is the same as the south-wing Tallon (440k, Unslowable, Barbs, shadowstep). Levitate.
Event Vallon is Slowable. Flurry. Dual Wield. Hits 1053. 225k HP. He splits. Kill the real Vallon. Offtank the add.
Rallos Zek (Fake) — Slowable (75% mit). AE Rampage. Dual Wield. Enrage. Hits 1072. 750k HP. Sedition proc (AC -442). Tank in a corner. Melee at max range. He despawns in the 50s and the Warlord spawns in the arena.
