Rallos Zek (Fake) is Slowable (75% mit). AE Rampage. Dual Wield. Enrage. Hits 1072. Attack delay 11. 750k HP. Sedition is a proc (AC -442, Unresistable). Tank him in a corner. Melee at max range. He despawns in the 50s and the Warlord spawns in the arena.
Levitate down. Corner tank. Melee at max range for AE Rampage. A group kites the adds. Adds spawn about every minute. Adds do not despawn when he dies. Kill them after.
He is Slowable (75% mit). AE Rampage. Dual Wield. Enrage. Corpse Camper. Hits 1072. Attack delay 11. 1.05M HP.
