Maareq and Saryrn respawn in 3 days. The Keeper of Sorrows 2 days 12 hours.
Access
You need the Terris-Thule flag and the Bertoxxulous / Fuirstel chain finished. Hail Fahlia Shadyglade in Plane of Tranquility. Say condition, black cube, plane of torment, will go. Click the black cube over the reflecting pool.
Someone in the raid needs Screaming Sphere to open the tower and to port with Tylis. Kill the four Avatars for Orb of Agony, Orb of Anguish, Orb of Pain, and Orb of Suffering. Aggro Baraguj Szuul to port into his stomach. Drop down the floors to An Unimaginable Horror, kill it, then kill Baraguj (217k HP). Loot Mouths of Baraguj Szuul and combine the four orbs.
Tower
One Screaming Sphere opens the door for the raid. Kill named on the way up: Salczek the Fleshgrinder, The Acolyte of Affliction, Ta`Grusch the Abomination.
Maareq the Prophet is in the last room before Saryrn. He is Permarooted and Slowable (60% mit). Keep the fight in his room. Minions spawn every 5 seconds. As they die he gains Rampage, then Flurry, then delay 8.

Keeper
When Maareq dies, Tylis Newleaf in the cage becomes targetable. Everyone stand under the cage. A flagged person hails him, says will assist you, then we are ready. Someone in the raid must have the Screaming Sphere.
Do not fall into the water or mud.
Right staircase, next door on the right and up, then the door straight ahead. Ramp across into the final chamber. Kill The Keeper of Sorrows. He is Unslowable. AE Rampage. Hits 973. 100k HP.
Hail Tylis. He lasts 10 minutes and can give up to 72 flags. Hail first. Then one person says ready to return.

Saryrn
Pull Saryrn in her chamber. She is Slowable (70% mit). AE Rampage. Dual Wield. Hits 573. Attack delay 10. 850k HP. Keep the fight in her room.
Casts Will of Saryrn (PBAE, 800 DD + 6s stun, Magic 0, 45s recast). Adds spawn at 99% and as she drops. Sorrowsong flies and sings from 99%. At 25% Sorrowsong becomes attackable. Kill it.
Hail the Planar Projection. It only answers the killer’s raid or group, lasts 10 minutes, and can give up to 72 flags. You need the Tylis flag for that hail. Then hail Fahlia Shadyglade in Plane of Tranquility.
