A minion of Maareq spawns every 5 seconds. Kill them. As they die he powers up: Rampage, then Flurry, then attack delay 8. Minions despawn when he dies.
On death, Tylis becomes targetable. Stand under the cage. A flagged person hails Tylis, says will assist you, then we are ready. Someone in the raid must have the Screaming Sphere.
