Innovation has an optional junkyard dragon for the factory door and a factory raid for Plane of Tactics. Xanamech Nezmirthafen is not required for planar progression. Manaetic Behemoth is.

Factory door
Junkyard trash drops Copper Node, Bundle of Super Conductive Wires, and Intact Power Cell. Give all three to Nitram Anizok. He paths northeast to Xanamech Nezmirthafen. Pre-clear the route. Keep Nitram alive. If he dies, he respawns in 2 hours.
Xanamech starts lying down and untargetable. He despawns in 30 minutes if nobody engages. Nitram powers it, then it wakes. Kill it. Hail Nitram. He lasts 10 minutes and can give up to 72 flags, killer’s raid or group only.
One person with that flag opens the factory. At the main factory door, twist the bottom rivet of the icon three times to the right.

Inside the first factory room, Giwin Mirakon is on a grate. Hail him, then say great warrior, task, test the machine.
Manaetic Behemoth
Giwin sends you past the tin soldiers into the main construction area. Power carriers take energy to the machine. Stop them from releasing that energy and Manaetic Behemoth activates.
His room has two doors. Split the raid on both doors and kill the carriers before they enter. When he becomes targetable, leave groups on the doors. The rest go in for the kill. He is Unslowable. Carriers still run after he dies — leave the room as soon as he is down.
Giwin appears at the east door. Hail him for the Plane of Tactics flag. He lasts 10 minutes and can give up to 72 flags, killer’s raid or group only. You need the test the machine pre-flag for that hail to grant Tactics. The Tactics portal is in Plane of Tranquility.
