Plane of Disease

Grummus is in the crypt under the castle. The path is two mini-bosses, then the raid target.

Access

Hail Adler Fuirstel in Plane of Tranquility outside Plane of Disease and say ward.

After Grummus, hail the Planar Projection, push the decaying pipe in his room, and drop down to Crypt of Decay. Zoning there with the Grummus flag grants Crypt of Decay access.

Gryme respawns in 3 hours 8 minutes 20 seconds. Aramin 1 day. Grummus 3 days.

Path

1. Gryme the Crypt Guardian — Always drops Grymes Crypt Key (NORENT). Opens the crypt door.

1. Aramin the Spider Guardian — Further in the crypt. Permarooted. Spawns 7–8 spider adds on death.

1. Grummus — End of the crypt. Unslowable. Disease DoTs. Hail the Planar Projection when he dies.

After the kill

The Planar Projection only answers the killer’s raid or group. It lasts 10 minutes and can give up to 144 flags. Hail it.

The projection tells you to push the large decaying pipe and jump into Crypt of Decay. Drop down to Crypt of Decay.

If you already said ward to Adler, the projection also tells you to return to Milyk / Elder Fuirstel in Plane of Tranquility with the ward that now envelops you. That is the next step in the Bertoxxulous flag chain, not required to drop into Crypt of Decay.
