Agnarr is a three-phase event. One person needs the Symbol of Torden on their cursor to click the statue that ports the raid up. Askr the Lost moves the raid between rooms after each phase.
Emmerik Skyfury respawns in 6 hours. Agnarr the Storm Lord in 3 days. Evynd Firestorm in 6 hours.
Access
Hail Askr the Lost in Plane of Storms. Turn in a Storm Giant Head. Say it was me, paying attention, then continue twice. Combine Storm Volaas Beard, Storm Satuur Sash, and Storm Taarid Bone in Askr’s Bag of Verity and turn in the sealed bag.
Hail, bastion of thunder. Combine two Esoteric Medallions from different giant camps in the bag. Turn in Esoteric Meld.
Click the shrine in Mount Grenidor. You need that Askr path and Mavuin from the Justice trials. That grants Bastion of Thunder.
Symbol of Torden
One person needs the Symbol. Combine these in an Unadorned Symbol of Torden:
- Sandstorm Sphere — jord
- Lightning Sphere — brann
- Blizzard Sphere — vann
- Tornado Sphere — vind
The Unadorned Symbol drops from Auliffe Chaoswind, Brynju Thunderclap, Eindride Icestorm, or Kuanbyr Hailstorm. Those named respawn in 6 hours.
Hold Symbol of Torden on your cursor and click the statue. Your raid or group can click it for 60 seconds. Clicking without that access: first Magical energies shoot through your body, then You hear the cracking of stones around you, then nearby storm watchers aggro.
Hold Enchanted Ring of Torden on your cursor and click a wing door to port your group (100 range) while you farm spheres.
Phase 1
Evynd Firestorm is up on zone-in with three firestorm portals. Kite or offtank Evynd. Kill the portals and firestorm elementals first, then kill him. Portals recast every 120 seconds.
He is Slowable (25% mit). Dual Wield. Enrage. Hits 928. Fire immune. 460k HP.
Storm Flame is a targeted AE (400 DD, Unresistable, AoE 40, 36s recast). Flamewall is a proc (targeted AE, 800/tick + AC -295, Fire 0).
On death, hail Askr the Lost and say transport. Askr lasts 55 minutes.

Emmerik Skyfury is up on zone-in with three celestial portals. Kite or offtank him while the raid kills portals and adds, then kill Emmerik. Portals recast every 120 seconds, every 90 seconds under 50%, and every 60 seconds under 25%.
He is Slowable (25% mit). Dual Wield. Hits 1053. Cold and disease immune. 640k HP.
Meteor Storm is a targeted AE (1500 DD + 500 mana + 1s stun, Fire -300, 40s recast). Storm Comet is a targeted AE (3000 DD + 90% slow, Unresistable, 36 curse counters, 30s recast). Stone Thunder is a single-target root and silence (Magic -300).
Hail Askr, say what storm, and click A Chaotic Vortex to Agnarr. Askr lasts 55 minutes.

Agnarr the Storm Lord aggros on zone-in. Tanks go in first, healers right after.
Five storm portals. The middle one is not killable. Kite or offtank Agnarr until the other four portals and adds are dead. Portals recast every 120 seconds, every 90 seconds under 50%, and every 60 seconds under 25%.
Stay on the platform. If he is pulled below it he ports back to spawn.
He is Slowable (25% mit). Dual Wield. Enrage. Hits 1406. 1.05M HP.
Manastorm is a PBAE (600 DD + 200 mana, Magic 0, 36s recast). Rage of the Rainkeeper is a PBAE (800 DD + 80/tick + SpinStun + Levitate, Unresistable, 40s recast). Chain Lightning is a proc (targeted AE, 500 DD + 500 mana, Magic 0).
Named adds spawn during the fight. Kill them as they appear:
- Jolur Sandstorm on pull — 240k HP, hits 803, Dual Wield, Slowable, poison immune
- Ekil Thundercall at 75% — 240k HP, hits 803, Dual Wield, Slowable, fire immune

After the kill
Run up the steps to Karana. Hail him, say follow the path of the Fallen for the flag, then send me to zone out. He lasts 55 minutes and can give up to 72 flags, killer’s raid or group only. You need Askr’s Plane of Storms path, including the Bastion shrine, for that hail to grant the character flag.
